Looking Deep Within: Why Do We Love to Shrink Our Own Potential?
I was reflecting on something yesterday: why is it that humans are often the absolute best at terrifying themselves?
We hold such massive potential and brilliant plans, yet the moment we are about to take a step forward, a whisper echoes in our heads: "What if I fail?" or "You’re not ready for this." Ultimately, we choose to back down and keep ourselves small. Do you realize that all these fears are actually just illusions created by your own mind? That isn't your future talking; it’s just an old record of past traumas or failures being replayed by your subconscious. Your ego is simply trying to keep you in a "safe zone," even if that safe zone is actually a prison.
If you want to break free from these mental chains, the key is simple but requires practice: start becoming the witness of your own thoughts. When fear creeps in, don't let it define you. Take a breath, and start living from the end result you actually desire (Living in the End). Imagine how it feels when you are already successful, grounded, and at peace. Change the blueprint, and your reality will naturally follow.
